Suffering from joint pain due to gout? Try this recipe everyday in the morning before eating anything else-
1 cucumber
1 carrot
5-6 leaves of spinach
7-8 leaves of coriander
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ginger juice
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Process-
Juicing-
1) Cut the cucumber and carrot into inch long pieces.
2) In a blender, add the cut vegetables along with the spinach and coriander leaves and blend well.
3) Using a filter, pour the juice into a container.
Mixing-
1) In a glass, mix the honey, pepper and salt together.
2) Than add the lemon and ginger juice and mix well together.
3) Now add the vegetable juice to this mix and shake well.
3) Add water if you need.
4) The juice is now ready for consumption.
