Many times in our lives we are sure to have said that today I am feeling down or low or this week has been too taxing on me. We might also say that I am feeling depressed today. It is alright to feel low once in a while, as life can become overwhelming at times. Everyday stress can sometimes feel too heavy and cause us to feel down emotionally. Most of he times the person suffering is aware of being depressed but in many cases it is possible that the person may be completely unaware that it is a health problem. Studies show that as many as 5 in every 100 person are suffering from some or the other form of depression. In most cases the persons recovers without any medical intevention. But in many cases medical help is required.
